Actually, I have written something different in my previous comment but I deleted because of what said was wrong :) You should ensure the Symfony cache cleaned. Because the CompilerPass works on compiling time. So once Symfony created the cache, it doesn’t work again. You should clean cache or ensure the compilerpass registered or not.
